A Stress Release Session is designed to facilitate the release of stuck emotions. This often results in a greater sense of well-being. Well-being may express itself in several ways, such as: relaxation, lightness, reduced pain, improved muscle strength and flexibility, as well as improvement in long-term health conditions.
During a Stress Release Session one or more of the following techniques are implemented by Tina (in a non-chiropractic approach): M.R.T. (Muscle Reflex Testing), N.E.T. (Neuro Emotional Technique), LifeLine Technique, E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique), and/or BARS Access Consciousness.
