How has your life improved since having Stress Release Sessions with Live Your Best Life?
The most noticeable to me is confidence to be my authentic self. Before working with Tina I was feeling like my headspace was in a rut, I was perpetually pessimistic with overall malaise. I felt "old" and "stuck". After close to 20 sessions, I'm feeling excited about life and the future, proud of who I am, less afraid to stand up, speak up, and try new things. I feel a bit like a blank slate with endless possibilities. On top of all of that, I now have an exciting life and career opportunities on my plate which has presented themselves since working with Tina. I realize that those opportunities have always been around, but through working with Tina, I now can recognize them and moreover, feel ready to take them.

What would you say to a friend or family member who was curious about having a Stress Release Session?
Imagine combining the following ingredients: psychotherapy+ body/energy work+ an intuitive's guidance (Tina)= ability to clear your body on a cellular level of all the old baggage we've held onto since birth. The result is different than psychotherapy. Psychotherapy one learns to understand their problems and find a way to create new habits (eg.behavior modification, coping skills). In stress release sessions you are clearing your actual physical body of the old baggage and the result is a feeling that your soul and mind are untethered.
I think psychotherapy and stress release sessions would work beautifully together for some.

My life has improved since having Stress Release Sessions with Live Your Best Life in that I have cleared tremendous stress, tension, and trauma that had been held in my mind/body for years.
